My version of the traditional Vietnamese fried pork chops. Using pork tenderloin, the filet mignon of pork. Marinated overnight in low sodium soy sauce and mustard then roasted in it’s own juices for a flavorful and tender piece of meat. Served with fresh cucumbers and rice.
